
PET POLICY
We welcome your furry companions at our resort and strive to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, please review and adhere to the following guidelines:


General Rules:
• Guests are fully responsible for any property damage and/or personal injury caused by their pets.
• Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the resort, its owners, and operators from all liabilities arising from their pet’s stay.
• The resort reserves the right to charge the guest’s account for any necessary repairs or additional cleaning due to pet-related damage.
Pet Fees (per pet per night):
• Under 10 kg. 700 Bath
• 11 - 20 kg. 1,000 Bath
• Over 21 kg. 1,200 Bath
Pet Etiquette:
• Pets must be fully trained and kept under control at all times.
• Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas of the resort.
• Pets are not allowed in the pool area or other designated pet-free zones.
• Pets must not be left unattended in guest rooms.
• Guests must clean up after their pets within the resort and surrounding areas.
• Disturbances such as excessive barking must be minimized to respect the comfort of other guests.
• Housekeeping services will be provided only when the guest is present in the room if a pet is inside.
Vaccination Requirements:
• Only dogs and cats are permitted.
• Pets must have valid and up-to-date vaccination records, including rabies and core vaccines.
• Guests must present official vaccination certificates upon check-in.
• Pets showing signs of illness will not be permitted on the premises.
